The Computational Biomechanics and Multi-physics Modeling Lab (CBMML) is under the guidance of Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Shavik, Associate Professor, at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

CBMML aims to simulate different multi-physics problems, especially in the biomechanical and material domains. It is located on the 3rd Floor of the ME Building at the East Campus of BUET, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh.

About Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Shavik: Dr. Shavik completed his Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical Engineering at BUET. Thereafter, he completed his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering at Michigan State University (MSU), USA. During his doctorate, he worked under the supervision of Dr. Lik Chuan Lee at the Computational Biomechanics Lab of MSU (link to his alumni profile).
